Belt Scale with Angle Correction

Stacker and Reclaimer systems are used to control the flowrate and the totalizing of products passing through the tape in the huge field stackers and collectors. They are stores thematerial to the field and collects them from the field to the relavant places. With a multi-headed head with a moving playhead, the corresponding bulk material is transferred to the conveyor belt, with each pail being about 1 ton of material in each bucket. Weight determination is made with the Loadcell sensor placed on the carriying rollers. Velocity sensor measures the speed of the belt. In this way, instantaneous flow measurement is performed. Since the band itself is moving and constantly displacing, an acceleration measurement unit is used to measure the current acceleration and position and correct the weight information.
